   Well done!

Chance to Shine Cricket sessions started this Friday afternoon for Key Stage 2 and will run for 10 weeks. After discussions with the children, the sessions will be run as a girl’s cricket and a boy’s cricket.

Year 6

The children should not be doing any more revision for SATs. They have worked hard and should have rest, fresh air and exercise in preparation for next week. We are sure that they will do the very best that they can and wish them the very best of luck.

They are looking forward to finding out what the summer performance is this year, once the tests are out of the way.

Last Friday afternoon a team of Year 6’s and Year 3/4’s went to Lacon Childe Secondary School in Cleobury Mortimer, for the regional finals of the TRIGOLF competition. A great afternoon was had by all and each team competed against 5 other schools in their age group.

Huge congratulations to all who played as both teams won and will now represent South Shropshire at the Summer School Games in July, together with the Dodgeball finalists.

Very well done  – Year 3/4’s Jordy, Alfie G, Matthew, Jake J, Sethan, Dylan, Serena, Rosanna, Matti and Sky and Year 6’s, Omar, Tai, Cody, Amber, Archie A, Michael, Lauren, Caitlyn, Macy, Molly and Honey. These will be the qualifying teams for the Finals.
