Friday Flyer

 This Week’s Star Pupils are:

Class 1- Cecily

   Class 2- Rhys

   Class 3 – Dylan

Well done!

Our apologies to anyone who has been unable to get through to the office this week. Mary has been off ill and we were unable to get any cover. Hopefully, Mary will be back next week but, if not, we will check the answer phone regularly during the day.

 Oxfam Christmas Charity

The children have voted to do the Christmas fund raiser for Oxfam, rather than send each other cards. Last year the children raised £155 which is a phenomenal amount.  They chose to purchase 2x goat couple, 2x fix a well, 2x share in a farmyard, emergency kit, solar energy, long life learning and a toilet.  These gifts will make a huge difference to the lives of families who receive them.

Christmas Dinner

Many thanks to Hattie and her helpers for a wonderful Christmas dinner. There were many favourable comments from guests and visitors, both on the food and the way the children interacted with each other, with older ones helping younger ones, or just sitting having a chat with them.
